A long time ago on another forum a person was suggesting using a water softener (like Culligan) for frizzy hair. They also said that one did not have to go to the expense of buying the whole household "system" and having it installed, but rather just buy some of the "product" and using it when you washed your hair. Has anyone tried that, do you know how that works and how to dilute it or how much to use or…..???

This customer suddenly had little or no water flow coming out of the plumbing fixtures in the whole house. The toilets would not refill, the faucets would not dispense water, nothing.
